Wallpaper and Fabric Terms and Conditions

Please review these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

We are always happy to answer any questions you may have prior to ordering to ensure that your product choices meet your expectations. We encourage ordering a wallpaper or fabric sample before purchasing any quantity of panels or yardage. Color variances from one monitor to the next may occur, despite our efforts to provide accurate product images. The color you see on your computer screen may vary from the actual color of the product.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND professional measuring and professional installation of our panels. Our wallpaper is crafted with exceptional detail and quality to elevate your space and requires the care and precision of an experienced wallpaper installer (not a painter or contractor). Please reference the Wallcovering Installers Association (https://www.wallcoveringinstallers.org) to locate a wallpaper installer in your area along with additional installation resources.

We are not responsible for wallpaper or fabric quantities, please have a professional installer or upholsterer give an accurate estimate before placing your final order. Carefully inspect invoices before providing payment. Please order all wallpaper rolls and fabric yardage at once, as these materials are printed in batches and may vary slightly from one batch to another. A color matching fee will be issued for all additional rolls or yardage needed after the original order is placed to ensure color uniformity among panels or yards.

All of our wallpaper and fabric are produced to order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

However, exceptions will only be made in the event of a product defect or an order error on our part. Please inspect your wallpaper order upon receiving and notify us immediately of any damages. Any and all defects on the wallpaper should be reported within 14 days of delivery. 

If an exception is made, the defective or damaged item(s) can only be exchanged, not refunded, for the same product (including style and dimensions). Exceptions cannot be made for panels damaged by your wallpaper installer or during installation. We will not accept any claims after installation or cutting of the product. We will not refund any amount of money for labor spent or incurred in hanging our wallpapers. Installation instructions are provided as recommendations however your installer may adjust for your specific installation as they see fit. We do not warrant these instructions and we are not responsible for installation errors or issues.
