A Peek Over My Shoulder - Time-lapse Watercolor Painting

A Peek Over My Shoulder - Time-lapse Watercolor Painting

A common reaction when people see my work is to ask "How do you do that?"  Well, the answer to that is much longer and more technical than the average person actually wants to sit through. However, If you've ever wanted to be a fly on the wall in an artist's studio while a painting comes to life, here's your chance!

I filmed myself while painting my latest "Blue Heron Landing" watercolor piece, over the course of a full day. Then, I edited and sped up the footage to put together a time lapse video, so that you can watch me paint without sitting in my studio for hours!

Enjoy the video!
